Irene Kudela has served as Chorus Master at the Paris Opera, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, and with the Radio France Choir.
Since October 2021, she has been Professor of Vocal Coaching at the École Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot in Paris, where she trains vocal coaches and welcomes singers from diverse backgrounds.
