Elite Program

The School launched the Elite Program in the 2023/2024 academic year. This is an excellence program designed to support exceptionally talented young musicians. A true springboard to a professional career, it aims to prepare them for auditions in major orchestras and the most prestigious international competitions.
Each year, around ten students who have already completed their Artist Diploma are selected through an application and audition process. Their musical qualities, long-term vision, and the originality of their professional project are assessed.
The students benefit from the guidance of renowned international professors. These mentors provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals. The program is structured around private lessons and masterclasses. Additionally, they have access to complementary training, including digital tools and public speaking. Students may also complete part of their studies abroad at partner institutions.
They have the opportunity to perform in public concerts, both in France and internationally. The highlight of their year is the Elite Festival at Salle Cortot.
These opportunities help them build a strong reputation while granting them access to a valuable professional network, including agents, concert organizers, and festival directors.
Through this program, students also become ambassadors of the École Normale de Musique de Paris and its excellence in teaching. They are regularly invited to perform in public, representing the School in France and abroad.
