For the start of the new academic year, the Paris Conservatoire is partnering with Wellow to offer accommodation to its students.
Wellow at a glance
Wellow offers ready-to-move-in shared flats in various neighbourhoods across Paris and the Île-de-France region. All properties are specifically tailored to the needs of young French and international students moving to the capital.
In addition to accommodation, Wellow provides its tenants with a mobile app to digitise the housing experience (information, documents, inventory checks, communication with the community and maintenance services). Wellow also organises cultural, sports and volunteering activities and events, enabling tenants to interact with one another and with the city every week!
- Rent between €750 and €1,080, all charges included (internet, electricity, home insurance, heating)
- All our rooms are eligible for personalized housing assistance (APL)
- Individual tenancy agreement (not joint)

- Entry fee: €500 (or €250 depending on the time of year)

- Submit your rental application for your chosen room
- Sign your tenancy agreement and pay the relevant fees to secure your room: 100% online
- Move in: you’re ready to move into your new room.
