{"id":4726,"date":"2023-11-30T17:30:56","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T16:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/?page_id=4726"},"modified":"2025-09-29T16:49:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T14:49:59","slug":"chaire-numerique","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/en\/professional-integration\/chaire-numerique\/","title":{"rendered":"The digital chair"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma-1024x676.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11014\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma-1024x676.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma-768x507.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma-1320x871.jpg 1320w, https:\/\/www.ecolenormalecortot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/chaire-numerique-vialma.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In a world where digital promotion and knowledge of professional networks are essential for building a career, the \u00c9cole Normale de Musique de Paris (ENMP) has partnered with Vialma and&nbsp;<em>La Lettre du musicien<\/em>&nbsp;to launch a unique professional development program for young musicians at the beginning of their careers: the&nbsp;<strong>Digital Chair<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training program is structured into three modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital models and stakeholders<\/strong>: understanding the music value chain and the key trends in the industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Building your digital profile<\/strong>: developing your image and story, and learning how to promote them on social media and streaming platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Becoming a \u201c360\u00b0 artist\u201d<\/strong>: developing a long-term strategic vision for your career by mastering your image, your music, and your sources of income.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The program also includes company visits, roundtables with music professionals, meetings with artist-rights experts, and a multimedia platform to showcase participants\u2019 projects\u2014key opportunities for any young musician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NEW FORMAT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2025, ENMP is reinventing the Digital Chair\u2019s format to encourage exchanges between students and guest speakers while adapting to participants\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chair is divided into two tracks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Core track<\/strong>: integrated into the\u00a0<em>Artist Diploma<\/em>\u00a0program (doctoral level), allowing over 150 advanced musicians to attend this training at no additional cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chair track<\/strong>: consisting of 15 in-depth sessions with 30 professionals, accessible by application to ENMP students and those from partner institutions.
